Refund and Returns Policy

Return & Refund Policy Return Eligibility Returns are only accepted if :
• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Cellophane wrapping is intact
• You still have the product and full packaging

We do not accept returns for opened perfumes under any circumstances.

Important Condition (Must Follow)
• Return claims are ONLY valid if checked in front of the delivery person
• A full unboxing video is mandatory as proof Without these, no return/refund will be accepted.

Valid Reasons for Return You can request a return only if :
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product is physically damaged/broken
• Product does not match the description

Required :
• Clear unboxing video proof
• Issue must be reported immediately upon delivery

Claim Process :
1. Check the product in front of the delivery person
2. Record a full unboxing video (no cuts)

If your claim is approved :
• We will provide you with our return address/location
• You must send the product back in the same condition

Return Shipping :
• Customers must return the product at their own cost
• We recommend using a trackable courier service
• We are not responsible for lost returns

Refund Policy :
• Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the product
• Once approved, refund will be completed within 24 hours
• Refund method: Original payment method or agreed option

Important Notes :
• We do not accept returns for opened or used fragrances
• No “test and return” policy applies
• Claims made after delivery (without proof) will be rejected
• We reserve the right to refuse any return if conditions are not met
